Dawn Marie Derby It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Beloved, Mother, Daughter, Sister and Aunt. Dawn passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the age of 44 years. Born in Chicago, IL the Beloved Daughter of Daniel and Patricia (nee Clucas) Derby; Cherished Mother of Patrick, Thomas and Aylah; Loving Sister of Danny (Carol) and Keith (April); Adored Aunt of Nicole and Danielle and Great Aunt of Melody, Kyler and Remmi also left to cherish her memory, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. A Memorial Gathering for Dawn M. Derby will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM at The Maple Funeral Home, 24300 W Ford Rd, Channahon. Friends and Family are asked to meet directly at St. Mary’s Catholic Church located at 303 W St. Mary’s St., Minooka on Friday, July 13, 2018 for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM.
